On May 28, 2024, I participated in an online course titled "Create a Simple Gantt Chart using Microsoft Excel." The course was highly informative, teaching me the importance of Gantt charts in project management and how to create them using Excel. We learned to input project tasks, set start and end dates, and use Excel’s bar chart functionality to visualize timelines. The hands-on approach and the instructor's guidance made it easy to follow along and apply the lessons in real-time. By the end, I felt confident in creating and customizing Gantt charts to help manage project timelines effectively.


II.  Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

Furthermore, diversifying learning formats and providing post-webinar materials, such as recordings or summaries, can accommodate different preferences and serve as valuable references. These enhancements aim to enrich participant experiences and maximize learning outcomes in future activities.
