We were warmly welcomed and the company expressed gratitude for our selection. Throughout the visit, we witnessed cutting-edge technology and engaged in insightful discussions with knowledgeable staff. The experience left us inspired by Wistron's innovation and sense of community, fostering a deeper appreciation for the IT industry's dynamic landscape.

II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

I am struck by the remarkable insights gained from witnessing firsthand the operations of Wistron Company, particularly in their production processes and the demeanor of their employees. Upon our arrival, we were provided with specialized clothing tailored to their environment, designed to mitigate any potential interference from the sensitive electronic equipment within the premises. This attention to detail in ensuring optimal working conditions was both impressive and indicative of the company's commitment to operational excellence. Moreover, the demeanor and work ethic of the employees left a lasting impression. Their unwavering focus, precision, and dedication to their respective roles were palpable throughout the production floor. It was evident that each individual took great pride in their work, demonstrating a level of professionalism and attention to detail that underscored the company's commitment to quality and efficiency.

The emphasis on character development struck a chord, making me realize its often-overlooked role in the realm of artificial intelligence. It made me ponder how nurturing qualities like empathy, ethics, and emotional intelligence in AI systems could significantly impact their interaction with humans.

Lastly, investing in innovation and staying abreast of technological advancements, as witnessed at Wistron, can drive sustained growth and competitiveness. Implementing these insights can propel us toward achieving organizational objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

IV. Positive Feedback (on the event organization)

My positive feedback on this is that Wistron Company’s employees are very friendly and insightful in their work. They instructed us about everything that they were doing inside their company and they guided us all the way in each of their departments.

V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/considered for future activities

I have a suggestion that I think would greatly enhance our educational trip experience. I believe it would be incredibly beneficial if we could extend the duration of the trip. There's just so much to absorb and learn, especially considering the wealth of knowledge we're gaining from witnessing the production processes and exploring the intricacies of the IT industry. The level of amazement and fascination we're experiencing is undeniable, and having more time would allow us to delve even deeper into these enriching experiences.
